Oracle APEX, ORDS and Tomcat installation.

Since I didn't find time to write, I figured out I might reference some links that helped me a lot in my daily tasks, also I wanted to document these posts for my own reference, better than bookmarks, people can benefit from it, searchable and categorized. I will start with Oracle APEX installation.
