PDF Viewer in APEX

For a long time I was struggling with  having to use a JS library ( https://bashooka.com/coding/10-javascript-libraries-and-tools-to-work-with-pdf/ ) to view pdfs or images from the database, but with no luck because my files are stored in the database as BLOBs, it may seem simple for someone, but was not obvious for me to have a URL for my BLOBs to server the JS libraries.
